Sales and Customer Service Manager The Heritage Flag Company is hiring a Sales and Customer Service Manager for our retail store in downtown Southern Pines. A proven sales background is preferred. A good attitude is a must as our team is driven to do things better everyday and we’re always learning and growing. Key responsibilities:- Execute sales, in the retail store and via our e-commerce platform- Collaborate with production team to facilitate product delivery- Maintain open lines of communication with customer throughout the order and delivery process- Willing to learn and refine new processes- Daily interface with our e-commerce and ERP software- Design digital proofs for custom products- Manage inventory in multiple locations- Strive to meet set sales goals
